Project was about office seat and desk booking.
To have standardisation on PMO projects.
Project was about storing all contract details of clients digitally.
Developed the website in cordination with cxo's.
Space Studio
It is a in house tool that was built in 11 months, with a team of 4, there by replacing a 3rd party tool called office space, there by saving 200,000 yen per month
Project Description
Space studio had many features like desk booking, meeting room booking, parking space booking, seat booking.
As Developer
As a developer, i was mainly involved in backend developement where in collaboration with frontend engineers, i had to create API's using python,mysql,fast api.
As Devops Engineer
Got an additional role to develop pipeline using jenkins CI/CD , the code was pulled from
git, then docker image was built, then pushed to docker hub further which deployments used to happen on server.
Coming to server side, used to configure AWS ec2 with load balancer and traffic routing using route 53,
and providing ssl certificates for domains, also handled vpc,s3,rds,IAM.Ansible and terraform was used for
infra and configuration management.

It is a in house tool that was built with a team of 5, where there were thousands of data in paper format and had to make it digital.
Project Description
R-CMS had mainly large set of contract details of the vendors with whom rakuten has signed. To manage the dashboard, keeping track and notification of expiry contracts and remind contract owners to extend or terminate.
